iOS Release Readiness, TestFlight & App Store Submission

I help teams clarify the account, product, and release work between a test build and an App Store submission. My published iOS delivery examples use Flutter; native implementation details are reviewed within the project scope.

Confirm ownership and release access

Identify the app owner, developer team, bundle identifier, and the people responsible for submission. Confirm certificates, provisioning, entitlements, and capabilities match the intended release rather than another environment.

Prepare the review journey

Agree the version and build numbers, test account, review notes, and accurate privacy information. Verify subscription configuration if used. Reviewers need a working product and enough context to exercise its core behavior.

Plan for feedback and the released build

TestFlight validation, submission, approval, and release are separate checkpoints. Address specific review feedback and verify the final build against production services. Keep the configuration documented for the next release.

Before we start

Does a successful TestFlight build guarantee approval?

No. Apple makes the App Store review decision. Testing reduces uncertainty but does not replace review.
